At the New Jersey HIV Planning Group (NJHPG), our mission revolves around "integrated and coordinated efforts." To achieve the goals of the Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) initiative, we must ensure that our systems of care are as responsive as they are resilient. While we often think of "networking" as a social or clinical effort, adopting the principles of Intent-Based Networking—a philosophy of aligning every connection with a specific, desired outcome—can revolutionize how we bridge health disparities.

In public health, an "Intent-Based" approach ensures that our infrastructure (both digital and human) is constantly optimized to meet the community's needs. Here is how this framework supports our pillars:
